Weight Loss
You should get the gold medal for your diet and exercise efforts. You've done it all - juice cleansing, vegetarianism, raw foodism, gluten-free, Paleo etc. You have a designated spot in your yoga class and on alternate days you're committed to cardio, training etc. So why is the body you're hoping for not manifesting? Before you blame genetics for not looking the way you want (and you're positive you've done everything possible to drop those pesky pounds), maybe there's something you've missed. When working together, we can uncover what you've been overlooking.
IMPROVED DIGESTION
Are you someone who’s plagued with digestive issues? Do you struggle with symptoms such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), constipation, heart burn, bloating or food allergies occurring after most meals? There are foods that are beneficial for a healthy gut and others that should be eliminated (at least temporarily) to provide relief. Even foods that you think are healthy may be causing your situation to be worse. Additionally, we can work together on stress management techniques to help your stomach relax.

When you feel good on the inside it radiates to the outside. While it may sound shallow, every woman wants to be thin and beautiful and most men aspire to be strong and muscular. While that may be an aspiration of yours - a hectic work schedule, kids at home or too much of a social life may be holding you back from your goals. I can work with you as your coach to help you start a routine despite the rational excuses that are holding you back. From upgrading your diet, finding you the best personal trainer, or providing you with a private chef (if needed) - when we’re done there will be no excuses to not look and feel your best! Ps. I have relationships with many of the best cosmetic doctors, dentists, hairstylists and beauty specialists to also accommodate your aesthetic needs…
Remote Coaching
While there is nothing better than getting to meet with someone face to face, I work with many clients who live out of state or find getting to our office is too difficult on a regular basis (since programs are a minimum of 4 weeks). We can still work together by phone, Face Time or over Skype. I can email you all the intake forms prior to our first session and you scan over any pertinent information that I should know about your medical history. The first session is always one hour, and the following 3 sessions will be once a week lasting from 30-60 minutes. If we continue working together after the month ends, the pricing for maintenance sessions will be adjusted to not be cost prohibitive. I have several clients that have worked with me in this fashion for years. In between sessions, you will have unlimited access to email and text me for ongoing support during the week.

The first thing I recommend to clients upon working together is to see their doctor and have a full medical analysis. It’s important to know what is going on internally before beginning any new diet plan. Once we can determine the status of your health, I can then help you customize how you eat and make recommendations for the kind of physical activity that is good for you. It takes more than just doing a juice cleanse to make a difference in your health. We will comb through your current diet, lifestyle and explore your stress levels to create new habits that will help you to regain health and energy.
In person Programs
Our office is located at New Oz Medical (Offices of Oz Garcia) on the Upper West Side. When you come to the office I will meet with you and we will review your health history and your nutritional goals. Although I can write diet plans, I like to educate clients so they are not stuck relying on a set menu. I will teach you how to food shop, order in a restaurant, or what to pack when you are traveling or on the go to save you from getting stuck somewhere with no healthy options. If you are focused on weight loss, we can weigh you each session to track your progress. Additionally, we have a full nutritional supplement dispensary that provides professional vitamins, supplements and meal replacement shakes sold only to health care practitioners. Whether we hold our sessions in person or remotely, the first session is always one hour, and the following 3 sessions will be once a week lasting from 30-60 minutes. If we continue working together after the month ends, many clients will continue to work with me for maintenance sessions in person or by phone. The pricing for maintenance sessions will be adjusted to not be cost prohibitive. In between sessions, you will have unlimited access to email and text me for ongoing support during the week.
